Junalyn has worked for the BPO industry in the past 13 years. She was the Project Supervisor for a top call center company managing people and completing projects helping clients make informed decisions.
After resigning, Junalyn focused on freelancing and has since been employed by Fortune 500 and several SaaS companies as technical and customer experience specialist. She founded AuxiDesk in 2018 together with her siblings with the mission to provide affordable and top-notch virtual assistance to businesses worldwide, bridging the gap so they can allot more time to other important matters- enhancing efficiency and cutting costs. She thinks and works round the clock, but when there is chance you could see her whipping some pastries in her kitchen, writing poetry or singing.
